My pawpaw has lived here for about 8 years and he loves his little area, quiet and well lit. He had a work order last week and Joe was very patient and quick. Pawpaw said Jason has been here longer than he has and knows everything about the place and will chat with him and works hard. The ladies in the office are nice and remain professional. They have functions all the time and it’s always tons of residents. That says a lot about the community. The manager is knowledgeable and does her job well. The leasing girl is sweet and helpful.

The maintainance team is responsive to all issues. If necessary, they are there in the middle of the night or on holidays. The office staff is also responsive to any issues you may have and explain all lease issues thoroughly. They recently have added administrative staff. That means that there are more people to help. They all are very patient if they have to re-explain anything multiple times.

I recently toured Ellis Midtown and had an amazing experience! The community itself looks fantastic, but what truly made it stand out was the staff. Cece, the Property Manager, was incredibly welcoming and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. She was professional, personable, and genuinely made me feel valued from the moment I walked in. It was also reassuring to see the maintenance team actively working around the property—they were attentive, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. If you're looking for a place where the management team truly cares about residents and takes pride in their community, I highly recommend checking them out!

As a student, I chose Ellis Midtown because of its location, which is just minutes from my university. The apartment complex is conveniently close to event venues, the hospital, the light rail, and everything I need is within walking distance. I have lived here for almost a year, and it's a beautiful complex with an exceptional management team. The renovated units have impressive modern designs and elements, and the outdoor amenities are always well-maintained. I genuinely appreciate the cleaning/maintenance staff who respond to requests promptly. The manager, CeCe, maintains a welcoming environment for residents, transforming the leasing office into a community centre, hosting monthly events and activities. I value the communication from the management team, which is consistent through flyers, emails, and texts. The neighbours that I have interacted with are generous and always willing to lend a helping hand. While the atmosphere is generally quiet and peaceful, some days it gets chaotic with neighbours. No apartment complex is without downsides and needs for improvement. The main downside I have experienced is with the laundry unit. All buildings have designated laundry rooms, two washers, and two dryers. Since I have lived here, only one washing machine has been working for my building. They updated the units recently, but both machines only worked well for a few days before one broke down and still hasn't been fixed. This is an area that needs significant improvement! I have only had a few minor problems, but the maintenance team has quickly addressed and resolved them. Overall, Ellis Midtown has been the ideal home for me. At 25, this is my fifth apartment, and I am optimistic that this will be my forever home.

Ellis Midtown may not be the fanciest or newest apartment complex in town, but there’s something special about it that keeps me here. I can only share my experience from the building I’ve called home since 2017. It's a cozy, clean place, and the neighbors are just the best—kind, thoughtful, and always friendly! Sure, since the place is a bit older, things happen occasionally. But the maintenance crew is fantastic! They’re quick and efficient whenever I need help. I live in a studio apartment that’s a comfy 500 square feet. It has a full-sized kitchen, a nice bathroom, and plenty of closet space. Plus, my living room/bedroom has a large window that lets in just the right amount of sunlight, which I absolutely love! I’m really happy with my studio, though I dream of moving into a one-bedroom someday—ideally one with a washer and dryer! That’s definitely a big plus for me. I also wouldn’t mind having a dishwasher, new flooring, and covered parking. I mean, paying $30 a month for reserved parking is fine, but covered would be a cherry on top! Just a little wish of mine. 😉 The office staff here is wonderful and super helpful; I’ve never had a single issue with them. The location of Ellis Midtown is fantastic, too! You have Starbucks, Seven Leaves Cafe, Sprouts, and Safeway right nearby, along with just about everything else you could need—all within walking distance! Plus, getting downtown for concerts, games, and great restaurants is a breeze with easy access to the bus and light rail. I really love the vibe here, and I've always felt safe and at home. If you’re looking for a place to check out, definitely come and see what Ellis Midtown has to offer!

I just want to share my experience living at Ellis Midtown. I have the opportunity to call this place my Home for 5 years, I have enjoyed it here and created many memories with family. I have gotten to know people walking out my door and at residence events that CC the office manager a staff has made it enjoyable and safe. This summer I have enjoyed the pool from the B building and the F building. It has been open all year only closed when chemicals are place in the pool for cleaning, nevertheless it has been available the majority of the time. The joy I’ve had with my grandson this summer is a time I will never forget when he visits me. I want to express gratitude to Jason and Joe who are jacks of all trades here. When creating a work order they are done in a timely manner, I haven’t had No infestation. The community is pet friendly walking distance to Safeway Sprouts Starbucks. I have had nothing but positive feedback to give. Last but not least I will like to share my experience with CC our office manager if I have any questions or concerns big or small she helps me problem solve in a positive way, I find her very approachable. When walking to or from mail box I always see a huge smile on here face and she never dismisses a hello or a goodbye. She will give you her time to answer question as we may say, May I asked you a quick question. I have witnessed CC take time to ask tenants what events we may like to see happen, or take the time to just listen and these are qualities I admire. She is a team leader and made such a safe environment.. I can say, I feel safe, I feel happy and blessed to call Ellis Midtown My Home… I hope you can call it your home too
